We stopped by Rom and Amy's on our way home from St. Joe. The kids hadn't met Eliana yet, so Emma and Katie each took a turn holding her. Emma's questions were priceless...
Us: "She's crying because she is hungry."
Emma: "Does she like chips?"
Us: "No..."
Emma: "How 'bout crackers?"
Us: "No, she only drinks milk right now."
Emma: "We got lots of milk!"
Later...
"Does she like cucumbers?"
"Does she like to slide down the slide?"
"Does she like to climb?"
And the best question of all...
"Where did you buy her?"
I just love the questions that children ask about babies. :-)
