Just yesterday, Elli figured out that she can shake her head "no" when asked a question. Although I know I'll think it is much less cute soon, it's been making me laugh now...especially because it is a very exaggerated motion.
Tonight, she and Daddy were playing with some Megablocks that Nana and Pake gave her for her birthday. She picked one up and acted like she was handing it to Doug. Doug said, "Oh, is this one for me?"
She took the block, hid it next to her body, and vehemently shook her head "no".
We both laughed out loud at her...at which point she stared at us trying to figure out what was so funny...
