Elli has a new cousin!
Jurrien Dixon was born to Randy and Abby (my brother and sister-in-law) on Sunday, March 1 at 7:13 am.
He was 8 lbs. 6 oz. and 21 inches long.

A bit of trivia regarding his name - Jurrien is a family name that goes back many generations on my dad's side of the family. An uncle of my grandpa had that name, as did my grandpa's great-grandfather. Apparently the name appears on and off in the family tree dating back to the 1600's. Dixon (Jurrien's middle name) is Abby's maiden name.
Congratulations, Randy, Abby, and Elsa! We can't wait to meet him this summer!
