For those of you wondering, yes, my Mama realizes that it is spring, not fall. However, my Mama was a slacker and didn't get the leaves removed from her yard and flower beds last fall, so she gets to do it now instead. Since yesterday was such a beautiful day (in the high 60s and sunny), we both went outside to play for awhile.
I spent most of my time playing on a blanket in the yard, trying to figure out why those things Mama called "leaves" were blowing past me all the time. Once Mama got one flower bed cleaned off, though, she let me play in the pile of leaves she had created. That sure was fun! Those leaves make such great noises, and they are really fun to tear into tiny pieces!

So sweet...my kids would love to have joined her! They were a little irritated that I got the leaves taken care of last fall while they were at school.
