My 5 closest college friends and I get together once a year for a girls weekend - no husbands, no kids (except nursing babies), just the 6 of us for an entire weekend. We laugh, talk, eat food, stay up way too late, scrapbook a little (or cross-stitch, or whatever else suits our fancy) and just generally enjoy getting caught up on each other's lives. It's always a weekend that I look forward to and thoroughly enjoy, even though I usually come back a little tired!
